Hello Everyone, I am Principal Customer HUB Agent (Global Delivery Support Services) - Symantec Corporation India. I am an open source enthusiast and developer. Current role at Symantec : Center Management Charter Center Management is primarily focused on the people aspect of our delivery centers. The team: Provides input, communication, and coordination for all center and people issues and policies. Serves as a pivotal link between the various delivery centers and supporting organisations, within ESS and with other Symantec organisations, such as HR, Finance, IT, and Facilities. Shares and follows best practices across centers, builds a consistent Center Management model, and leads by influence, not authority. Center Management Benefits There are two key benefits from instituting this Center Management model, including: Consistent, global management, and development of all ESS employees, across all products, functions, and regions. More consistent and relevant training.
