A page on Fedora Fonts

Foreword
  • Frames that use this style are redaction tips. Please remove them from your page once they are no longer necessary. Do the same for the lorem ipsum bits.
  • Remember the more complete and accurate the information you add is, the more likely a font is to be packaged and widely used.
  • Do not forget to update the page categorization once the font status changes.

Correct the proposal and replace it with the final package description.

Characteristics

Homepage Format & features License Review reference Koji page pkgdb page
KhmerOS TTF (with hinting) LGPLv2+
Packager
  • Once a package has entered the review stage, add a Review reference ④ such as 181994. You can reference this wiki page in your review request as additionnal information. Please do not forget to CC fedora-fonts-bugs-list@redhat.com on your bugzilla ticket.
  • Once a package has been approved, add the corresponding:

Style Faces Scripts
Sans Serif Other R B I BI Other Latin Greek Cyrillic Other
Variable Monospace Variable Monospace
12 faces, including some handwriting ones Khmr

Caveats

  1. Need to get LGPLv2+ added to our font license page (administrative step, no real problem)
  2. Need to convince upstream to do proper releases with detached license text
  3. Should probably be broken-up in several subpackages, the composition of which needs to be discussed with upstream
Packager
Take care of those items and remove them from the page once they've been dealt with.

Additionnal information

Requested there.
