In the "Building with make targets" section, it is not clear if the make commands are given to a local console or to a remote console of koji.fedoraproject.org through SSH.
fedora-packager-setup is no more
It looks like instead of fedora-packager-setup you're supposed to run fedora-cert -n. It comes from its own fedora-cert RPM.
