language attribute

The example forgets to mark the Horde_Perms.mo with language attribute as a file specific to %{1} locale. Moreover global guidelines state "Keep in mind that usage of %find_lang in packages containing locales is a MUST." I recommend to deal with it here. Oherwise you will create contradicting guidelines.   • Good point - though %lang tagging it is less important for langpacks since normally you would just not install or remove the langpack. --Petersen (talk) 10:49, 28 January 2016 (UTC)
