Brief Description of City:
Foz do Iguaçu, a city in the Brazilian state of Paraná, is the main base for visiting famed Iguaçu Falls, one of the world's largest waterfalls. Stretching for 2.7km, and straddling the border with Argentina, the falls comprise hundreds of cascades, including the 80m-tall Devil’s Throat. FUDCon Inside Latinoware Advantages
Silvio is one of the organizers of Latinoware, proposing a FUDCon inside a Latinoware will make US spend better our money and achieve better results: it would be like an event happening inside a bigger one. The advantages of doing that from a marketing perspective There would be a lot of FLOSS people there, 2015 edition had 4k+ people and 2016 had 5k+ people attending.
This would probably be the biggest FUDCon LATAM ever had.
Foz do Iguaçu is a great city because it's in the Border of Paraguay and Argentina making ease from these people to attend this FUDCon.
this event will be held inside Itaipu Dam, that's 50% Brazilian and 50% Paraguay,

The total public of Latinoware is around 4000-5000, We are expecting to receive 2000+ visitors in FUDCon Area.
We are planning to have 2 fixed roms for talks + a FUDCon Area with some booths to receive the people and advertise Fedora.
Since we don't have to spend money on the event organization, we can focus on bringing MORE people from different countries. This way, we can have a great FUDCon experience by sharing knowledge and culture with folks from different parts of LATAM.
