Third Party Repositories
For a variety of reasons, there are third party repositories which contain packages (built for Fedora) that cannot be included in the primary Fedora repositories. These repositories are not affiliated with Fedora or Red Hat in any way.
RPMFusion
RPM Fusion is a merger of the Dribble, Freshrpms, and Livna repositories; its goal is to simplify end-user experience by grouping as much add-on software as possible in a single location.
