Caveats
- Japanese font set for Japanese users by Japanese designer, on Japanese site with Japanese license, so reading Japanese is a prerequisite for packaging.
- Matrix needs filling by a Japanese speaker.
- This page claims the licensing terms are: "You can redistribute them, but you need to tell it to the author before you do it."
- check with upstream if an initial notification by Fedora is sufficient for redistribution by Fedora derivatives.
- check with upstream if font modification is allowed (as our fonts packaging policy requires)
