Who uses the Fedora Account System?

Brand-New Contributors of All Types

Brand-new contributors will visit the account system as part of their 'getting started' experience. It will probably be their first real encounter with the technical aspects of actually being a contributor.

The account system will be the place where admins and more senior contributors go to manage groups, add people, etc.
