WSL is intended to provide broad compatibility including Wayland (and by extension X11 apps via XWayland) for graphical apps, PulseAudio for audio input & output, as well as GPU acceleration for apps relying on CUDA and similar GPU programming environments.
The WSL docs have many tutorials available which may be a good source of ideas to try, but you may need to replace a few steps that are common on other distros such as apt install with the equivalents on Fedora such as dnf install.
