WSL Exploratory Testing
If you're considering WSL as a place to run Fedora, we welcome you to run your favorite packages and applications. WSL is intended to provide broad compatibility including Wayland (and by extension X11 apps via XWayland) for graphical apps, PulseAudio for audio input & output, as well as GPU acceleration for apps relying on CUDA and similar GPU programming environments.
The WSL docs have many tutorials available which may be a good source of ideas to try, but you may need to replace a few steps that are common on other distros such as apt install with the equivalents on Fedora such as dnf install.
