Rework backend API to allow sources other than yum
Summary
Coupled with rethinking the livecd backend, consider redoing the installation payload backends and abstract out the API. Not that we really care for Fedora or RHEL, but what if we could easily add support for other payload backends (dpkg, for instance). Like how easily we can add in new filesystem support now.
