Triage workflow
Discussion and approval of within the triage team. This already has informal approval, but I'd like to get it out there for formal FESco approval
Organizing bug days
According to JohnPoelstra, past participation in bug days has been more of an ad hoc type thing. We need to structure bug days, such that contributors feel that they are making an impact. I'll come up with some links on how Mozilla has done it, it's really cool.
Community Outreach
How to build a vibrant community around triage:
- University outreach
- Rewards
- Current maintainers
AWOL maintainers
How do we deal with this - is it even within our purview to deal with?
Wiki Pages Needing work
Wiki pages that need to be tweaked and tuned so that we can do a good kick-off:
- Newbie page with methodology on how to triage a bug
- Canned/suggested queries to target bugs for triage
Meeting Times
Ideal times for a meeting. This time was a shot in the dark.
