Process for getting package changes into FC5 after Test3 Freeze

Once Test3 has been frozen , the tree will remain frozen until the final release. Blocker bugs , bugfixes, and packages leading up to gnome 2.14 will be allowed into the tree, however feature improvements should not. Every package should be sanity tested before going into rawhide. This is to prevent introducing new bugs into the tree at this late stage.

Packages should be built into the dist-fc5-HEAD collection instance. To move a package to dist-fc5 you must get the approval of Bill Nottingham , Jeremy Katz , Jesse Keating , or Warren Togami . Please reference the package name, version, changes, testing steps, and reasoning for being included in FC5.
