Docs Ideal Publishing

The docs project would like to have an *ideal* system for publishing documents. Here are some specs/requirements/daydreams:

Publishing to Users

• automatically builds from release branches of known repos and publishes if successful
• accepts multiple input formats
• Frontend can use CSS from fedora-websites

Internal Publishing

• Test build after every commit to master
• Does checks of some sort:

  - Syntax check
  - whatever lint
  - style rules
