Rename graphics group to the design suite group and add necessary packages

Detailed Description
The graphics group is now obsolete and not much used. The Design Team maintains a design suite spin, for which a group would be fit. The group would also make it easy for users to install the packages.
Benefit to Fedora
- Easy installation of design group packages
- Easy maintenance of design spin
Scope
Rename graphics group to design suite, and add/move packages to the new group

- yum groupinstall "Design Suite"
User Experience
One command installation of packages for design suite.
