- What is this?
Fedora Remote Image Annotation (I like to call her RIA) is a tool made with the goal of improving discussion around graphics. It was made by and for the Fedora Design Team, but anyone is welcome to help improve it.
- How was this made?
Most of the credit goes to Fotonotes and the jQuery Image Annotation Plugin.
For full credits and licensing information, have a look at the COPYING.txt file.
- How do I use it?
RIA can currently be found at []. To use it, simply enter the address of a hosted image and a unique name.
You'll be sent to a page where you can click an "Add Note" button, which will put a small box on the image. Drag the middle or the corners to move and resize.
Send the link to others, so they can view your notes and add their own.
- How can I help?
A git repository can be found at Gitorious. If you have any ideas to improve it, feel free to send a mail to the Design Team mailing list.
- Best animal?
Clearly, the answer is "pandas".
