Description
Test Gnome Disk Usage Analyser
Setup
- Ensure that Gnome Disk Usage Analyser is installed.
How to test
- Run Gnome Disk Usage Analyser
- Check if all mounted and unmounted disks are shown
- / and /home/<user_name> should have spaces shown
- Click on Home Folder to start scan
- Check if the list is descending of space consumed by each directory
- Right click on something you don't need Move it to trash or Open folder to investigate
- Right top corner hamburger menu has preference
- Add a location in preference to make sure those directories are ignored
Expected Results
- Should be able to show consumed spaces
- Should be able to copy path links for requested dirs
- Should be able to move to trash
- Locations on ignore list shouldn't appear on scan
- By default, the scan result will be from what consumed most space to what consumes the least
- Mounting remote location should work
