Description

This test case help test the basic working of linkchecker by running it through a live site and finding broken links

Setup

  1. Ensure the linkchecker package is installed

How to test

  1. Run linkchecker https://siteyouwantocheck.com
  2. Running linkchecker --check-extern https://siteofyourchoice.com/

Expected Results

  1. Checks for URLs and if they are broken
  2. The second command checks for any URL that points to external domain also
