QA:Testcase power profiles

Description

This test case tests whether you can adjust the power profile on Fedora 35

Setup

1. Ensure the power-profiles-deamon package is installed by default

How to test

1. Run rpm -qa power-profiles-deamon
2. Checkout the profiles:
   1. Balanced by default
   2. Powersaver will tone down the performance and save battery to extend battery life
   3. Performance will incline towards max performance and will drain out battery faster than usual

Expected Results

1. Profiles are installed and enabled by deafult
2. The profile set by the user is retained even after a reboot
