Reports

Fedora Tunisia was present in SFD Tunisia 2008, and with the participation of many opensource communities and users groups, we contributed to the success of this day. In our space we offered the visitors the possibility to create Fedora live USB and while waiting, we presented the new features of the upcoming 10th Fedora. Introdution of the Fedora Project was played in loop all the day and we distributed about 200 Live CDs of Fedora 9. And finally we hosted workshops:

  • one about VoIP and unified messaging (Asterisk and Zimbra), and,
  • the other was a Liferay primer, using OpenJDK and The Spring Framework: we showed people how to start developping portals.
