This template can be used for referring to a package's bug list by name. It will link to the pkgdb bugs page for the given package. For example:
{{bugz|kernel}}
becomes: 
kernel
You can also set the text with a second parameter, like so:
{{bugz|kernel|kernel-devel}}
becomes: 
kernel-devel
