This template is used for issues listed on Common Bugs pages, when an update has been released to fix them. The first argument must be the update ID for the update (e.g. FEDORA-2015-123456). The second argument may be 'noupdate': this changes the text of the box to say that the update doesn't really solve the problem. It's intended for cases like bugs in the installer, where we can ship an update but the released images will still have the problem. Usually, if using this variant, you would not move the issue to the Resolved issues section.
