About me

I've been using Linux since '99 or so and basically full time since 2005. After distro hopping for a long while (with a long stint using Gentoo), I've settled on RedHat-esqe distros. I've used CentOS/RHEL at work in the past and I use Fedora at home, and decided I should do more than just consume, and contribute to this great project called Fedora!

Working on

  • I helped with a few packages porting to Python3
  • I wrote a Fedora Magazine article about LVM
  • I am brainstorming another article about choosing between BTRFS and LVM+ext4
  • I play around with whatever tech strikes my fancy. Lately I've been playing a lot with GNU Radio using the cheap RTL SDR.

Layout and page styling lifted with gratitude from Miro Hrončok's page.
