From Fedora Project Wiki
Background
When the wiki content was migrated from MoinMoin page names were kept in place to make the process easier for both end-users and time spent on migrating content, however several practices that MoinMoin encourages lead to inefficiencies in Mediawiki our current software.
The root cause is the naming of the pages whereby slashes (/) in a page name breaks several features of Mediawiki, including search.
Action Plan
Over the next few weeks/months users of the wiki will be invited to help generate a list of current wiki pages and an appropriate new name in a pipe (|) delimited format, wikibot will be run frequently to make these changes.
