Actual budget allocation

• Approved budget for FY2017: $11,500 (source: https://budget.fedoraproject.org/)
• Budget for swag and media: $2,000 - $2,500 (based on actual expense for F22, F23)
• Left budget for events: $9,000 - $9,500 = ~1/3 of $28,525 (total estimated budget)
• This situation would be cleanup during the next APAC FAD KL 2016.
